fix a problem in java / jira small app

I have a related task to java spring boot, to jira also, have ETL with the persistence,but not work.

the code has integration with Jira using the same approach of the class i shared you.

you should try to improve that integration , altought that is the less important thing....

there are 4 main entities (problem, issue, request and improvement)and the other entities are same you found (priority, user) etc

persistence not work, i will provide ddl

you must validate date formats according document

I need that fixed today in next couple hours
