Looking for someone to solve the Unknown asset issue on solflare Crypto

We have a crypto token and would soon like to offer some airdrops and rewards, however despite it being complete on solscan,

it is showing up as an unknown asset in [login to view URL] and the solflare android wallet
[login to view URL] states they use on-chain metadata and the spl-token-registry (the coin is on the token registry, so i am guessing for phantom the issue is the onchain metadata)
