As a client, I am looking for help with an existing code base to implement a Task Offloading approach using cloudsim. We have a reference/base research paper that explains the concept. Our goal with this project is to use the existing code base to generate a simulation of the cloud environment, exploring the potential efficiencies of the approach. We need an expert who has experience with the CloudSim framework to get the most out of our resources and efficiently simulate the system.
