I have a steady stream of recruiter, technical and HR screening calls coming up and need an experienced web-development professional who can step in for me on each one. The conversations cover full-stack topics, most often in Java, C#, Python and React Native, with occasional .NET questions. Your task is simple: join every scheduled call on my behalf, answer confidently, and carry the discussion through to the next stage until a formal offer is issued in my name. You should be able to speak to at least six or seven years of end-to-end web-development experience, explain project architecture decisions, discuss common design patterns, and handle soft-skill questions during HR screenings just as comfortably as the technical deep dives. Reliable English fluency and a calm, professional phone presence are essential.
