Squash booking system

I require a "remake" of a squash online booking system.
The system is currently hosted on local pc running IIS.
It is a basic asp.net site which queries an access db (.mdb) database and displays the booking information for 10 squash courts as well as the ability to book and cancel courts accordingly based on a selectable data filter.
I require this system to be updated to a far more user friendly system utilizing the latest technologies available making it user friendly and mobile friendly. ( i am open to suggestions regarding)
