Update/Rewrite a rather Sizeable Outdated Minecraft Mod for 1.12

Hello! I'm looking to hire someone with Good, Capable Java programming experience to Update (or Rewrite, if that's what it takes) an outdated mod for Minecraft. Sadly, this isn't something that can be done with just a few taps on MCreator, which is why I'm willing to pay an actual Paycheck to anyone who can take on the task. Don't worry - I'm not a 12 year old hoping for some miracles and charity. I'm just a Young Adult who's enjoyed Minecraft and it's modding community and knows his own limitations when it comes to work he could do himself. Now, as for the actual Details of the job: The mod I'm looking to have Updated is Zelda Sword Skills, or ZSS for short. It was created by a lovely man named CoolAlias, who has put effort towards updating it himself but has found no time or ability to work on it. A cursory inspection of the Mod Page's Permissions tab reveals it IS Open source, however where to find the actual source code might perhaps require some more effort. This wouldn't need to be a public release, so that should hopefully deter any worries of Copyright or Pursuant issue. As for the Content to be updated, the mod itself has some complex systems, including a Sword Skills system that overhauls combat, a Magic Bar, Dungeons/Keys, and a Songs system. The sword skills system isn't necessary - CoolAlias actually updated that specific part of the mod himself for 1.12. The Dungeons would definitely be something I would expect to see updated, however. The other two systems - Songs and Magic, are open to negotiation. I would very much enjoy seeing them included, but I could afford to lose them if they prove too difficult or otherwise unrealistic to pursue. All other Content - Including Mobs, Swords, Shields, Tools, and Armor, would be part of the standard deal.
