Windows Desktop Application for PHP Webpage duplex communication

Need to develop an Windows Desktop Application for communicating with a PHP webpage in duplex mode for sending and receiving certain information.

We already have application readily available like Java plugin, Machine learning models running on tensorflow. These application needs to be executed as part of desktop application based on the commands from webpage.

This application should be capable to load, start and run the models in the client PC based on the request from website.

1. Java Plugin

2. Yolo Deeplearning model

3. Another Deep learning model based on tensorflow.
