We have two mockups in image format that we want translated into valid XHTML/CSS. The first mockup is for a homepage, while the second is for a template page (where there would be predominantly text). The images look very similar to a web page, and all of the images have been separated into individual files (though you may need to convert them into GIF/JPG).
When designing, you should follow conventional coding guidelines. The homepage will use a fixed layout (though centered on the page), while the template page will be fluid. Styling, of course, will be done in CSS in a separate definitions file. Please do not style any form elements. The resulting markup should work properly on modern browsers (IE 6+, Firefox 1.5+, Opera, Safari), and should pass w3c validation for valid xhtml. Also, we want all styling and positioning to be done via CSS (so stay away from tables, etc).
The attached zip file contains two JPG's showing the two mockups. The winning bidder will receive the separated image files and any other files needed.
