I have a client who needs a gallery to show off his work.
Wants something similar to: [login to view URL]
I think we can do better than that.
* He wants a slideshow
* He needs Description and a Caption for each photo
* Maybe have the larger image open up in a new window with a full screen version
* He also doesn't want users to have to scroll. The layout of his site means they might have to. This is where I am stumped.
Here is what I was thinking. Have a static set of thumbnails (like in the example gallery) - Thumb1, Thumb2, Thumb3, etc.
When a user clicks on Thumb1 it opens up DIV that sits on top of the page that has Thumb1 enlarged with the description.
Users can then either close the DIV pop-up or select a new image or see a slideshow
