147358 Flash menu system

Create a flash menu system for a web site, with dropdown menus on top of the page, referenced from an SSI, using the settings from our current Javascript menu system. We must be able to update the menus from time to time so we'll need source code. Final product must be small in download size and faster than the current Javascript. Ideally we would be able to put in an image or two. Should also graphically cover the full top of the page (left justified). Absolutely must be cross platform (Mac, Linux, Windows 98+) which I think shouldn't be a problem.

In your bid please provide an estimate of the final file size.
