Interactive Graphic Map

I am looking for someone to create a simple interactive map for me of a region in the State of Michigan. The map will highlight a few cities and feature creative animation when a roll-over even occurs on top of the city. The user should then be able to click the city which will subsequently open a web page for that city in a new window (will be provided). The map will be similar to the one found here in the lower right corner - [login to view URL] . The difference will be that this map will highlight cities not counties (as this one does). There should still be highlighting down the M22 road to make it stand out. Light house locations should also be listed (I will provide this information). The map will be placed on this WordPress page (map must work with WordPress): [login to view URL] . The map must blend in with the site design and look nice. The links will be aligned left. Please note that I may request some changes or additions of a few small icons such as vineyards or other attractions once the map is complete - this is based on the owner’s input.
