Add dropdown delay time interval to my CSS menus

We have the menu group that behave just like the menus of this freelancer website. Which mean there is no time delay when the mouse hover on the menu. Sometime it's annoyed customer when he/she just pass the mouse over the menu. We need someone to modified my existing, html, css and js code to add time delay into the menus. The mouse must stay in a fraction of second (say 200) to make the menu drop down. We will provide the code and your job is to add the delay into it. The code must be portable, must work on my current website. must not turn my current CSS upside down and must not mess up my current exist js code.
