developers from ukraine, bulgaria, russia, cuba, poland, hungary preferred. looking to hire a senior/advanced asp.net 2.0 + (c#) / js developer full-time on a monthly basis. you should also be comfortable implementing design elements and not be blind to just the functional pieces (including interactive design elements such as js, etc.). code is managed via tortoise svn, so you should know how to use this to check in your code. you have to be available on skype. your bid should be for a monthly rate. ps: do not bid if you're not an expert as your code is reviewed for quality, accuracy and consistency by senior programmers.
