133077 css dom script menu expert

THIS IS A REPOST

We require a CSS expert to aid us in compiling a menu. We need a clone of the menu structure: [url removed, login to view] you see the tabbed menus, when you click on them the tab swaps and creates an overlap?

We would prefer this to be done in .CSS and DOM based scripting.

Menu must be fully editable.

Portfolios a must, if not mock ups will be seriously considered. More work to come.
