434389 Fix Framed Form Page To Auto Scroll To Top

I have a wordpress site that has an embedded google doc multiple page form. On the 2nd page after the user clicks the submit button the page stays at the bottom of the page and the user would need to scroll up to see the form content.

I need a solution for this specific page to scroll up on both the 2nd and 3rd pages of the form.

I guess javascript would be a suitable choice here. But if you have any other methods feel free to suggest them.
