I am looking for complete development of the Front End and Back End database and security of this e-commerce site. I will only pay upon successful completion of the product via escrow. I would like to test the site fully, before making any payments. The database must also be tested thoroughly. 100% escrow and only when site is working properly with no bugs will I release the payment funds. All copyrights and ownership of data, images, scripts, code, etc. must be transferred to me.
