Tweak Tumblr Theme code

Hello,

I need someone who can essentially tweak code that I already have for a Tumblr theme. I have the layout coded and the CSS stylesheets but am having trouble organizing it so that my posts show up in Tumblr.

Basically I have all of the coding but it needs to be organized properly for Tumblr. This should be a relatively easy job that shouldn't take much time.
