Urgent Task for CSS and jQuery Expert

Fistly, this is an urgent task. Please, don't bid if you're are able to start right now. Secondly, as this is an urgent task, this job requires good skill of HTML5, CSS, jQuery. Please, check the attched PDF (most of it is done), I need your focus on "our process" and "portfolio" Section. In "our process", please, read the comments on PDF, I need your suggestions. In "portfolio", I need the following things done, please, do this all have wordpress cms in mind. 1_ there are nine items in portfolio sections, each image shoud have a loading placeholder untill image is loaded. 2_ this should have have the navigation controls to browse the next nine items (should use ajax or similar to load next or previous item without reloading the page), like overlay left and right arrow, on portfolio space near left and right margin, these arrows or similar graphics should be visible only when mouse enter in this area otherwise hidden. 3_ there are two types of portfolio items, images and videos, when user clicks the portfolio items, it should load the image or video palyer while hiding the all thumbnails, please, check the attached html. I need your suggestions for loading overlay div. I hope this is not a very complex job for expert and, agian, I need this done as soon as possible.
