1. Firefox 1.5.x extension tool-bar with a picture on it. 2. A tool bar can be viewed and hide from the toolbars menu. 3. The tool bar should be with a picture on it. 4. The tool bar will redirect searched in the firefox address bar. if the site does not exist. hence if i type "flowers" in the address bar, the extension will create a web service request to my site and i will return the url corresponding to the word "flowers". if the user typed a url it will go for the url as normal. 5. If the user press: ctrl+enter the above will not occuer and the normal firefox behaviour will continue. 6. When the user surf to a web site, the toolbar will make a web service call to my site and i will return a list of urls and description that are relevant to the url that the user is surfing in. the user will be able to view the list and choose them from the bar menu. 7. The toolbar will have a drop down menu within it with the options "help", "prefrences" and "main site", the function of each will be taken by a XML from my web site. 8. Each toolbar will generate a GUID when installed and for each connection to my web services it will report this GUID. 9. The user should be able to disable the tool bar and uninstall it with no problem. 10. The extension will be able to check for updates using the firefox mechanism. 11. When installed over the google bar it will make the direction to our site.
