Chromium (Brave) browser modifications -- 2

Looking to fork the base code for a Chromium browser called Brave. This is an open source browser on Github based on Chrome. Developer must have experience with either Brave or Chromium. Brave has some blocking and reporting of blocking features we would like to have, which is why we are suggesting starting with this code. Goals: 1. Fork the Brave code. [login to view URL] 2. Rebrand the browser with the client's brand. 3. Disable certain Brave specific features such as the wallet and the rewards 4. Build in some web specific links for the client's site. 5. Advise a means of applying future updates to Brave's code to this fork. 6. We will focus on Windows only for this POC. Mac and mobile will be in later revisions. For this project, that is all we need. Successful completion of this project will mean continued updates for additional security features the client wishes to add. For now this is a one-time project as a POC (proof of concept). *Bidder should be a professional with many years developing in the required technologies by this project. *We would like to skip the learning curve and require someone with experience in Forking or working with Chromium or Brave code. You should already be aware of the skill and coding required for working with this project. They are listed in the documentation for both Chromium and Brave. * Developer must also review and comment on a Brave specific requirement on Compiling the browser provided by the Brave developers. * After successful POC, we will be looking to hire the developer to do regular browser updates from Brave updates and from our specific requirements. * Please ignore the budget range.
