I have a website and want to add a notification bar to it, i want it to work the way the notification bar works in this video - [login to view URL] Look from 19 seconds, we want the same scroll text and movement up and down and left and right same speed. I have also added a screenshot to show where to look in the video. So we want the scrolling effects from the video exactly the same and the I want the 'i' icon on the left also.
The only thing that is not in the video that we want to add is a very small small pixelated icon on right hand side, I have attached a sample of what it can look like and it should animate randomly. The animation of this pixelated icon could be 'smile', move face feature from left hand side of face to his right and lastly we can do some form of moving forward animation.
Also are you going to use node.js or pinging system for the notifications?
All of this work you will need to create and add it to our website so its fully working. I will tell you some of the information/conditions we want to appear in the scroll text when we speak in freelancer chat.
