* 1st Drop Down - A drop down box the has 2 choices of (Diamond or Perimeter)
* 2nd Drop Down - Based on which choice is selected, a new drop down box appears directly to the right of the first drop down box.
If the user selected 'Diamond' there new choices in the new drop down box are (Gen Mgr, Asst Gen Mgr, Dia Dept Mgr, Full Time, Part Time)
If the user selected Perimeter there new choices in the new drop down are (Perm Dept Mgr, Repair liaison, Full Time, Part Time)
* 3rd Drop Down - If the user selects Full Time or Part Time in either drop down, a 3rd drop down menu appears directly to the right with the options of (Tenured, Non Tenured)
* This is an input form that will allow 15 employees to be entered. The Fields are Name, Hours, First drop down selection.
I dont need the form to have the capability to be submitted, I can take care of that later. What I need is the form set up exactly like the example included and for all the drop downs to function correctly whether the user enters 1 employee or all 15. They all must work.
