2D Golf - Reinforcement Learning [login to view URL] node.js

I am looking for a developer who can implement AI for golf strategy using [login to view URL] and node.js. The desired outcome of this project is to improve the golf strategy using AI. The level of complexity for the AI strategy should be intermediate. The programming languages to be used are [login to view URL] and node.js, and there are no specific requirements for other languages.

The project:

This is my 2D gold game (linked in the zip below)

I want YOU to update my game's front-end and back-end to use Reinforcement learning to learn how to play gold as if it was a human. The way I want you to reward the AI:

It gets 3 shots (max per gen) at the hole, they all start in the same spot, and the hole is randomly placed on the field/gold course (make it bigger) and add obstacles to the ai). The closest one to the hole is the brain for the next-gen (if you suggest another way feel free to ask to change etc.) etc. When the ai plays it would act the same if the player was playing it (show the trail, show the power thing etc). Also add a gamemode where the user can verse the AI in a game.

AI knowledge and choices:

- The Neural Network will have the ability to choose its own:

- power

- angle

- It will also have the ability to see the map with all the objects etc in it

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Strong knowledge and experience in [login to view URL] and node.js

- Experience in implementing AI strategies specifically (Neuro Evolution || Reinforcement learning)

- Understanding of golf and rules
