Looking for FLEX, AS3 Script developer for long term work in FLEX Project

I am looking for an expert in FLEX development to work with me on an existing platform developed with FLEX, ASP.NET and SQL Server as a Backend. this is not a one time project, we will put small weekly goals and make changes and build new functionality for an existing platform built in FLEX. communication skills and constant communication is a big requirement as well as delivering in time the agreed functionality. as i said this will be a long term work relathionship if we find the right person. an online development machine can be provided to the right applicant so he can use it for development.
