3D model and [login to view URL] page implementation

Hey,
I need a simple 3D model made (think candy bar/juice box, very simple), and it exported and ready to be put into a HTML page, using the [login to view URL] framework. I will provide a sketch of the shape and small details of what I want.
I will also provide a texture pack for the model.
The inspiration is [login to view URL] - I want it the homepage to have the same effect (fullpage 3d model rotating, lit nicely, and draggable (the viewpoint, not draggable as an object -- same as the page linked)
I am a competent webdev and 3D modeller, but do not have the tools to create the model at the moment, nor do I have experience with three.js. But I am not a dummy, so I won't be annoying to work with )

I can model whatever you want model, but I can't give an exact cost estimate since I don't know what the object is, but the can for instance is a 20-minute job, so you can imagine how long your object is going to be.
