Need Long term partner, develop game emulator

I need a developer for gaming that develop emulators, especially for the MMORPG called Aion. I run a private server (a private server is a replica of retail, the original version of the game) that has customized content. Of course this job is expensive as it requires sniffing packets and developing source files etc. So I'm willing to pay installments. I profit from this from donations. Users donate money to get credits to purchase items in our webshop. Please note that my server is still new and I can only pay when I can. On a side note, you will not get access to the database/host due to security reasons as there has been some issues with theft in the past. But a sample emulator will be provided. I plan to profit with my partner as the server can be customized with battlegrounds for PvP (player vs player) as well as updated content from retail. Please speak good english, thank you!
