Hello Employer, I can assist you with automating the email for sending out pdf files. But I don't think excel and JS are the correct tools. I can do it in Java after we discuss the details and also some email credentials for automation. Thanks, Rono

From what/where do you need to send these emails? Assuming you're not running your own email server, a python or bash script can be scheduled to send the emails and attach the pdfs. I'm a new freelancer but I will have no problems with this project.
