We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Playwright Developer to join our team. As a Playwright Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation scripts using the Playwright framework. Your primary focus will be on building robust and reliable end-to-end tests for web applications.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and develop effective automation strategies.
Design, develop, and maintain Playwright scripts for automated testing.
Identify and report bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Optimize test scripts for maximum efficiency and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation.
Requirements:
Solid experience in software development, with a focus on test automation.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of Playwright framework and its usage in automating web applications.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Nice to have:
Experience with other test automation frameworks (e.g., Puppeteer, Selenium).
Knowledge of performance testing and profiling tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
