I have some updates for the ALEX site. Please review below and let me know if you have any questions. 1. Create 'Welcome to Loan' function and email button. - Very similar to the last project we were working on. - Create a function in [login to view URL] to send an email which will let the user know they have been assigned to a new loan. The function will accept the loan id and user id as input, it will output true or false depending on if the email was successfully sent. - The content for this email is on /administrator/[login to view URL] : line 337 (Send emails to newly assigned broker/borrowers) - To send the email add a button next to the last one you created called 'Welcome to Loan Email'. Like before the button should be green if not yet sent, and grey after it has been sent. - As before the code should check if the email has already been sent. If it has already been sent display the confirmation 'You have already sent a welcome email to this user. Are you sure you want to send another?' The table for tracking previously sent emails has already been created, called: send-loan-welcome-email. This one tracks both user and loan since the email will be sent for each loan a user is assigned to, not just once per user. email column is 0 for not sent yet, or 1 for already been sent. 2. Allow adding more users on the Deal Highlight page at bottom left - On page: /online-forms/[login to view URL] - At bottom left it has 'Name, Equifax, ISAAC, FICO' (see screen shot). Add a button 'Add new row.' - This will dynamically add a new row to the form with all four of those fields. - Any dynamic new fields need to save to the database just like others. - When editing n existing Deal-Highlight page the additional fields need to appear and be editable. - The new fields should be added to the generated PDF form when user clicks 'Generate Deal Highlight Page'.
