Twilio/Dialogflow (Api V2)/Node.js

Hey guys, we basically need a phone integration to a existing Dialogflow-Agent. The Agent is a service agent that processes simple and more complex requests from tenants. More complex ones include a slot filing with different slots, events and actions in the agent. The agent is hosted in Google Cloud using Firebase (node.js, based on the original setup of Dialogflow which you get in Fulfilllment) and we need to use that infrastructure. We want to connect that Agent to our phone line now using Twilio. The job of Twilio here is just handling the call and doing Speech to Text and Text to Speech. The rest does our existing agent. Your job is to connect Twilioo to Dialogflow Agent:-) This is how it should work: 1. Customer calls 2. Twilio accepts the call and calls our app via Webhook 3. App welcomes Caller like "what can i do for you"? [login to view URL] 3. App gets the Transcription of the response via Twilioo "Gather"-Function [login to view URL] 4. App uses Dialogflow to detect the intent of the Response and triggers the according intent/event 5. App gets (text)-Response of the Agent and gives back that response to the caller, again using "say"-Function from Twilio 6. App waits for next speech input from caller and starts again from the beginning until the slot filling is done and the call is ended. One thing to keep in mind: - The app has to work in a phone based dialog. Means, it`s not just a call=>question=>answer=>hangup situation but a call with multiple questions and answers. Whole thing can be done easy, both Apis are well documented and easy, lots of resources on Github from Twilio and Dialogflow.
