This is for a very experienced Joomla/Zoom Programmer only.
Zoom is already installed, but I cannot get the permissions right to allow registered users to upload images. When I login and click on the add media link, it says I am not authorized to view this resource.
I need a way to require that the user agrees to our terms of use, and enters a valid phone number prior to submission.
An email needs to be sent to the gallery overseer when a new image has been submitted.
