Joomla Custom Module for tracking shipment

I am interested in create a joomla custom module that will have a textbox where the users will input a serial number and while posting the form through a webservice will return in the screen of the user a table with 5 columns and a few rows. This module will be used in a website of a transport company in order their customers to track delivery information of their packages Shipment tracking Joomla Module The module we need is input box that the customer will type the shipment number and as a result will get a table with the shipment route. Here is an example of the shipment route. Basically it’s a table with 5 columns (status, location, date, time, comment) Don’t worry about the appearance the CSS will be handled by our team. The results of the routing will be received though a web service. This web service is ready to use by the ERP system of the transport company.
