Joomla and hosting Expert

I've moved the files and database to the current hosting but when I add the files, I just get a 500 error page.
I have old site live now but the new site files are in the folder that you can move to the root directory Refer to the attached screenshot
I would move the old files in the folder "-oldsitebackup" until we get this working.
I've checked permissions, the version of PHP and the database, but cannot figure out why its not working.
