Facebook like Paging of appending records to the bottom of the page

I already have the back end data which pulls the records from the database, however I am unable to pull new records and append into place when I scroll to the bottom of the page similar to Facebook. I need somebody that knows how to fix my issue with JQuery/Asp.net that can fix my JQuery/ASP.net issue of appending new records as the user pulls down on the page. I also need this to be done as soon as possible. I will provide an example with some files and I will need the solution plus an explanation of why it was done the way it is to be done. Most of the code is already written, I just need this to be fixed so that I can move forward.
