Need to redesign a web site for a network hardware & services company.

Needs the following

A simple elegant site.

The site will contain about 8-9 page templates and multiple pages based on the templayes.

Uses Flash for communicating concepts (5 second running time & navigation needed) and Flash Movies to talk about the products & services.

The site should have administrative capabilities so that content can be updated regularly. (A good CMS system in the backend is necessary. Suggest Options)

Will need to see certified work from bidders.
