Interesting job to work on. I have worked quite extensively on Keithley, Agilent/Keysight instruments (I own few Agilent and Keithley gears as well as few Chinese instruments from Rigol and Siglent, Tonghui etc, but no SMU currently) and very proficient in desktop applications developments to automate the measurement processes via RS-232 port, USB and Ethernet using SCPI commands. Hi, We can develop the Desktop application using C# or VC++. Do you have any specific programming platform to be used to develop this? and you mentioned USB that means USB to serial convertor?
