Laravel Dusk Download cert

I am using Laravel Dusk browser to visits a page That has a PDF on it
I want to save the PDF from the active page
Something along the lines
$temp = file_get_contents($browser->activepage())
I cannot use the classic way of
file_get_contents('https://test/[login to view URL]');
As I need the pass the captcha test the idea is to have a real human solve the test and from there the Dusk algorithm to kick in.
