The representative will manage the sales process from initial prospecting through signed client acquisition. Responsibilities Lead Generation * Research and identify qualified HVAC businesses throughout the United States * Build prospect lists using Google Maps, Yelp, business directories, and online research * Conduct cold calling and cold email outreach * Follow up with prospects through approved communication channels * Maintain accurate prospect records within the CRM Sales & Closing * Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations * Identify client pain points and business needs * Present company solutions professionally * Handle objections and answer questions * Close qualified prospects and secure new clients * Coordinate onboarding handoff after successful sale CRM Management * Update lead statuses and notes * Track outreach activity * Maintain pipeline accuracy * Record all sales activity within the CRM Service Offering The primary service being sold includes: * Missed Call → Instant SMS Response * Form Submission → Instant SMS Response * Automated Booking Link Delivery * Appointment Confirmations * Appointment Reminders These systems are designed to help HVAC businesses capture more leads, respond faster, and increase booked appointments. Ideal Client Profile * HVAC businesses * Small to mid-sized companies * Businesses receiving inbound calls and website inquiries * Companies experiencing missed calls or delayed lead response Compensation * $100 commission per closed client * Commission is earned only after: * Client agreement is signed * Initial payment has been successfully collected No recurring commissions are provided at this stage. Access & Permissions The representative will receive access only to: * CRM sales pipeline * Opportunities * Contacts * Conversations * Scheduling tools Access to company infrastructure, billing systems, automations, integrations, and administrative settings will remain restricted.
