Here’s how the process should run: • Use your own call lists or data sources, or expand on any publicly available information, to identify prospects actively interested in purchasing office, retail, or industrial property. • Reach out by phone, qualify their interest, confirm budget range and preferred location, and secure permission for a follow-up conversation with my team. • Log each conversation in a simple Google Sheet (or Excel) with name, company, direct number, email, investment criteria, and a short call note. Acceptance criteria • Only buyers of commercial property—no residential or rental leads. • Each lead must be spoken to directly and time-stamped. • Minimum 80 % contact validity when I verify. Deliver the first thirty qualified contacts immediately after you reach them so I can start follow-ups in parallel while you continue calling.
