We are seeking a reliable freelancer for a flat-fee test project, with the potential for ongoing, long-term work as we expand our outreach. Freelancers from South Asia are highly encouraged to apply! Your Goal: Build a highly accurate spreadsheet containing 500 verified contacts matching our exact ideal customer profile (ICP). Target Company Profile: Industry: Media, Publishing, Broadcasting, Advertising Agencies, AdTech. Location: Germany (companies must be headquartered or have a significant presence in Germany). Technology: Must be actively using Salesforce as their CRM. Company Size: 50 to 500 employees (mid-market). Target Contact Roles (Decision Makers): We need the contact information for people who handle revenue operations, ad sales, or systems. You will look for titles such as: VP of Sales / Vertriebsleiter Head of Ad Operations / Director of Ad Ops Revenue Operations (RevOps) Director Salesforce Product Owner CEO / Geschäftsführer (only for smaller companies under 100 employees) Required Deliverables: An Excel or Google Sheets document containing: 1. Company Name 2. Company Website 3. First & Last Name 4. Job Title (English or German) 5. Verified Business Email Address (No generic info@ or contact@ emails) 6. LinkedIn Profile URL of the Contact Requirements: Proven experience building B2B lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo. Ability to navigate German business networks (familiarity with Xing is a bonus, but LinkedIn is primary). Strict adherence to email verification. We require a bounce rate of less than 3%.
