We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help identify and engage potential clients who can benefit from our hiring solutions. Job Responsibilities Research and identify potential business clients across various industries. Build and maintain targeted prospect lists with accurate contact information. Generate qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn, company databases, and other lead generation tools. Verify and update lead data to ensure accuracy. Deliver leads in organized spreadsheets or CRM systems. Support outreach campaigns by providing relevant prospect information. Meet agreed lead generation targets and quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research, or sales support. Strong internet research and data collection skills. Experience using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or similar tools is preferred. Ability to identify decision-makers such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Leads, Recruitment Heads, Founders, and CEOs. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
