Our fast-growing real estate company is seeking an Outbound Lead professional with outstanding phone skills. This is a work from home position. Previous real estate experience is not necessary. This job requires a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, ability to project a positive attitude over the phone and a knack for getting people to feel comfortable talking to you. We are also looking for people who are self-starters, can take direction and have a desire to be the best they can be.
This position will involve making outbound calls to homeowners in Chicagoland area who are possibly interested in selling their property. It is up to our Outbound Lead Specialist to make calls and create an instant rapport while gathering basic information about the property. In addition to gathering basic information, as our Outbound Lead Specialist, you will attempt to gauge how motivated they are to sell their house by analyzing their tone, attitude and willingness to share information. Finally, the Outbound Lead Specialist sets an appointment for our Acquisition person to go and talk with the seller. All information gathered during the call will then be entered into our CRM (lead database) system by the Outbound Lead Specialist.

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition, and can buy an unlimited number of properties if they fit our criteria.

JOB TITLE: Outbound Lead Specialist
Manage all incoming leads and make outbound calls. Can input data regarding the leads in the company database for contact and follow up.
Pay is $5.00/hr with a bonus of $200 for every lead you handle that turns into a deal.
SUMMARY OF DAILY ACTIVITIES:
Cold call potential sellers in an effort to gather data regarding homeowners' possible needs to sell their property. Up to 100+ calls per day
Is responsible for the management of all inbound calls from interested homeowners
Contact leads daily via telephone
Is responsible for developing rapport with sellers during the initial conversation and all follow up conversations
Must be organized and be able to manage large amounts of data
Understand, accept, and resolve complaints with calm, willingness and efficiency via telephone.
Must have Proper phone etiquette
Screen leads and qualify potential sellers
Familiar with CRM database management
Return missed calls within 5 mins
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
Competent with Google Suite
Technologically inclined to work with systems.
Ability to prioritize assignments
Must have computer with headset for making calls
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to work collaboratively with teams
Demonstrated reliability regarding attendance and work performance
Ability to be creative, flexible and adaptive in all activities and responsibilities
Must be a team player, but self-driven
