Need cold caller and lead gen for apox.ai

We are a dehradun-based agency looking for a motivated Indian cold caller to help us qualify leads and generate sales with businesses across India on a commission-only basis. Your Role: Call Indian business owners / decision-makers from our targeted lead list Introduce our solution and gauge interest Collect qualified leads’ name, email, company, and brief context Book qualified appointments or pass qualified leads to our sales team Follow our provided script and framework Target Market: India only (B2B businesses across cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, etc.) You must be comfortable calling Indian businesses in Hindi/English (or both, if needed) Compensation: Commission-based: Paid per closed deal or qualified appointment Example options (choose one and fill the numbers): ₹2,500 per closed deal � 20% commission on every client you secure � 35–50% commission based on project size (small/medium/high-ticket) � No hourly pay; earnings scale directly with your results � What We Provide: Targeted lead list of Indian businesses (you don’t need to source them) Cold calling script for Indian prospects (English + optional Hindi version) Phone-dialing platform or guidance on tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Airtel, or local dialers) Clear messaging framework and basic training if needed � What We’re Looking For: Proven cold calling experience in India (required) Strong verbal communication in English; Hindi is a plus if targeting non-English businesses Comfortable dealing with gatekeepers and reaching decision-makers Can make at least 30–50 cold calls per day � Available during India business hours (e.g., 9 AM – 6 PM IST) Can commit at least 3 hours/day to calling Application Process: Record a 30-second audio sample (English or Hindi) using this script: “Good morning, am I speaking to [Name]? I’m reaching out from [login to view URL] to see if this is a good time for a brief discussion about [your offer] for your business.” Share: How many cold calls you’ve done previously in India Typical results (appointments booked, deals closed, etc.) If selected, you’ll do a test assignment (e.g., 30–50 calls) before final hiring �.
