Your job is to research, identify, and deliver genuinely qualified leads—names, titles, verified email addresses, phone numbers, and a brief note confirming their interest in near-shore hiring here—so my team can engage them immediately. Please base all outreach on the “companies interested in outsourcing” profile; I am also targeting firms looking for direct full-time hires in their own offices or contract-only arrangements outside Portugal. Payment Structure: Please note that this project will be compensated via a success fee per qualified lead. Deliverables & Milestones - Payment upon completion of all of them: • 100+ qualified company leads located in Europe or the United States with source links or call notes that verify accuracy • 10+ confirmed meetings with decision makers within the qualified company leads • 2+ new customers that want to recruit or staff in Portugal with my company.
