B2B Sales Specialist for Web Design Agency

B2B Sales & Lead Generation — $2.50/hr + Commission We are a growing web design agency looking for a proactive Sales / Lead Generation Specialist to help us find and convert new clients. This is a paid hourly role + commission, so you will receive a guaranteed base payment for your work as well as additional earnings for every client you bring in. Compensation Base pay: $2.50/hour Commission: 10% of every successfully paid project Bonus opportunities: available for consistent monthly performance Our website projects typically start at $850 and can go above $3,000. This means one successful sale can already generate a significant commission on top of your hourly pay. There is no limit to how much commission you can earn. Your role You will be responsible for: * Finding businesses that could benefit from a new or improved website * Researching and qualifying prospects * Cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp or phone * Starting conversations with decision-makers * Following up consistently * Booking qualified meetings * Helping move prospects toward becoming clients * Keeping basic records of outreach and results What we provide You do not need to design or build websites. Our team handles: * Website design and development * Portfolio and examples * Pricing * Proposals * Service delivery * Technical work * Client fulfilment Your focus is sales and client acquisition. Who we’re looking for We would love to work with someone who: * Has experience in B2B sales or lead generation * Understands cold outreach * Is comfortable speaking with business owners * Can work independently * Is consistent with follow-ups * Is motivated by commissions and performance * Communicates clearly in English Experience selling web design, SEO, marketing, SaaS or digital services is a strong advantage. Initial setup We will start with a limited number of hours per week so we can test the collaboration.
