I have been working in the BPO industry for the last 5 years and the experiences that I have gained from being an agent/support/expert/team lead role has taught me a lot of things and empowered me with great knowledge in handling customer service tasks. These skills include providing customer satisfaction and amazing customer experience. Providing excellent global support for customers is what I'm passionate about. Teamwork and continuous motivational and inspirational support to my agents and colleagues are my greatest strengths in this field.
