Need Equipment rental contract Written

We sell hotel locks and safes to hotels and motels and other properties within the hospitality sector. We want to offer a "rent to own" option for our customers so require an easy to read short contract with terms and conditions and a direct debit form to allow us to debit their account on a monthly basis. The contract is to be offered on a 36 month term (with a fixed monthly payment), with full ownership transferring to the renter on final payment. The goods are to be covered by warranty for the 3 year contract term. Some things to be included in the contract: Direct debit payments to be taken on the first day of each month Warranty covers all system components and is back to base (all postage costs at renters expense). Warranty excludes fair wear and tear, unauthorized modification, purposeful damage or improper maintenance. Contract does not include or cover consumables. Any additional consumables are to be the responsibility of the renter (ie additional RF cards and batteries) Contracts can be paid out at any stage by paying the remaining months owing Any bank dishonor fees to paid in full by the client. We will attempt a re-drawing after 3 days, failure of the re-draw will result in further action below. If you go out of business or fail to meet your payments LokOtel have the right to remove all goods from the property as the legal owner and the responsibility for anything after the removal is the clients. (ie we remove the locks or safes and don't refit anything in there place). LokOtel have the right to terminate the contract by notice to the client if you do not comply with the fundamental provisions of this contract or if in our opinion your actions suggest that you no longer intend to be bond by this contract.
