Admin Help creating overviews

Job Description:
I am seeking some admin help, I am needing someone who is great at creating overviews of emails and phone calls. Ideally, the person will have some legal understanding/background as I am preparing a communication log for a lawyer who is handling my divorce.
I am seeking someone with both written and spoken English and someone who has experience with one note. I will be sharing a One Note book with you that has all the emails and recordings and you will be required to insert your work to the relevant pages.
I have a heap more work but for the first project I have the following tasks that need to be completed:
Phone Calls
I need you to listen to the phone call and then create an overview of that call so the lawyer can get an understanding of what was said in that phone call. If the overview is over 1 paragraph then I will need a one paragraph created with dot points for the communication log
For this project, there are 4 calls needing overviews and they are a length of 2min15sec, 7min15sec, 24min35sec and 51min,20sec
Emails
I need you to read the email and then create an overview of that call so the lawyer can get an understanding of what was said in that phone call. If the overview is over 1 paragraph then I will need a one paragraph created with dot points for the communication log.
For this project there are 3 emails (1x ¼ page, 1x ½ page and 1x 1 page)
