CHINESE ATTORNEY / LAWYER FOR CONTRACT REVIEW AND CLIENT REPRESENTATION

I am studied my first degree in law and business in Hong Kong and master degree of law in Uk (University of Sheffield). During my studies, I have also exchanged to Beijing Normal University. In these period, I have worked and working currently as a legal assistant and paralegal. I do deal with lots of translation of legal documents in daily basis.

Hi there, I am a PRC licensed lawyer with 10+ years of experience advising hundreds of clients with their business in China and around the world, espcially focusing on English & Chinese bilingual commercial contracts drafting, review and negotiation. I have assisted many clients preparing manufacturing and supply contracts with Chinese suppliers, I am confident that I can assist with this project. I have briefly reviewed the attached contract, unfortunately, it was a very bad translation (likely by google translate) and it simply would not work in case of dispute. Therefore, I would recommend abandon this existing contract and prepare a separate English and Chinese bilingual supply contract.
