EEOC Case Legal Support Required

I need professional legal representation and assistance with my EEOC case. It is currently in the investigation stage. I was requesting mask exemption. I was willing to use face shield. Employer demanded 2nd opinon for ADA. They gave me work comp paper work. I refused the 2nd opinion. I felt intimated. It was difficult. I am an Army Veteran and difficult to stand up to authority. Email exchanged and questions answered. My employer stated "medical leave without pay while Covid is in the building" because I refuse the 2nd opinion. I felt wronged. I answered their questions, but they were still not happy. I was also under the impression a medical leave should have an end date. It seemed unrealistic for me. I struggle with making sense of it all. I asked later to be put as PRN, as needed, they agreed and never reached out again. I feel thats retaliation for my unemployment claim, civil rights claim and EEOC claim. After a few months I check on my employment status. I emailed this recruiter who reached out to me, the HR director and my therapy director. All ignored me email. Finally, I emailed the administrator, who informed me 90 days without activity results in termination. And thats all in the email. However, i have proof of that I've had long breaks before and never been terminated. They also claim there was no need, yet a recruiter reach out to me also doesn't make sense. I am praying to find someone who can help push back on this form of careless discrimination. I have legit reasons for my ADA, but they ignored them and continue to call it an "alleged disability".
